Here are given a series of freewares, Matlab libraries or codes which are used in our lab.

Wave

WAVE (Water and Agrochemicals in the soil, crop and Vadose Environment) is a deterministic, numerical and integrated model that simulates the behavior of water, heat and agrochemicals in the vertical direction. The WAVE model has been developed at the Institute for Land and Water Management of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium). A more complete description is available at here.

WaveMat

WaveMat is the Matlab translation of the part "water flow" of the Wave model. This code has been written by M. Javaux, S. Lambot and M. Vanclooster.

CASlib

CASlib is a Matlab library which gives analytical solutions for the Convection-Dispersion equation and some examples of inversion, complex convolution, etc...

If you use this library, please refer to the manual. Please send the bugs you would find or improvements you've done to Mathieu Javaux

CylMat

This small Matlab library has been created to automatically generate the input files of SWMS_3D Selector.in and Grid.in for a soil cylinder.
